AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Spring Gully Tennis Club will be held on Monday 15 August, commencing at 7.30pm.
It will be our first AGM in the new clubhouse and, with the gas heater going and refreshments provided, will be held in comfort for the first time.
We would like to see members in attendance to hear about the club's performance in the 2010-11 year, to discuss fees and charges for the forthcoming year, and to elect office bearers and the committee for 2011-12.
We would welcome nominations for the committee, but those attending need not fear being drafted.

COMP BTA NEWS

CONGRATULATIONS to all Spring Gully Teams who participated in the Bendigo Tennis Association Saturday pennant. We had two teams enter the Premier League competition and five teams participated at the section 2 level.

Spring Gully Brougham Arms Finished second in the premier league so we would like to wish them all the very best as they start their finals campaign. Spring Gully Big Pond finished fifth in premier league and barely missed the finals series. Congratulations Big Pond on a wonderful season.

In Section 2 Spring Gully Sensation completed the season in second place, Congratulations guys and gals another wonderful year by you all!!! Sensation have made the finals many times over the past few years! The Spring Gully Raqueteers came in fourth - also a wonderful team for a new team. A few old faces, but primarily a new combination! We wish both teams all the best as they start their finals campaigns.

A huge well done to our other three teams who participated throughout the season in section 2. Spring Gully Rockets, Spartans and New China all represented our Club with enthusiasm and wonderful sportsmanship! The Club are proud of you all!!!
